# HubSpot

> Import customers and companies from HubSpot CRM.

Warrn connects to HubSpot CRM to import contacts and companies as customer records. This provides context during incidents by linking affected customers to their CRM data. Warrn can search contacts, search companies, list HubSpot lists, and sync list members to customer pools.

## Setup

  <Step title="Connect HubSpot in Warrn">
    In Warrn, go to **Settings > Integrations**. Click **Connect HubSpot** to authorize via OAuth. This grants Warrn read access to your HubSpot CRM contacts and companies.

  <Step title="Verify the connection">
    After authorization, Warrn runs a connection test against your HubSpot portal. Confirm the test passes and note the portal ID shown.
