AI Triage adds investigation context to new alerts. It is an organisation-wide policy under Settings → Incident Policies → AI Triage and is off by default. When an owner or admin enables it, Warrn adds two kinds of context:
  • Runbook matches from Warrn Knowledge and connected sources such as Confluence.
  • Similar past alerts that may show responders how the same problem was handled before.
The setting applies to every team and service. There are no separate team or service switches.

What this setting does not control

AI Triage does not control auto-grouping, exact re-fire episodes, or Warrnagen investigations and chat. Those are separate features with separate behavior. Disabling AI Triage stops new automatic runbook and past-alert suggestions. It does not remove context already attached to older alerts.
