Overview

The Confluence integration lets teams pull operational runbooks into Warrn and push post-mortems or knowledge articles back to Confluence — keeping documentation connected to incident workflows.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Atlassian in Warrn.
  2. Click Connect Atlassian and authorize with your Atlassian account.
  3. Confluence access is enabled automatically alongside Jira.
Jira and Confluence share the same Atlassian OAuth connection. Connecting once enables both integrations.

What You Can Do

  • Import pages from Confluence spaces into Warrn documents and runbooks.
  • Export documents from Warrn to Confluence for team-wide distribution.
  • Search Confluence for relevant knowledge during alert investigation.
  • Attach Confluence pages as context to alerts and incidents.
