Warrn connects to Confluence for importing runbooks and exporting post-mortem documents. Warrnagen can also search Confluence pages during investigations.

Setup

Connect Atlassian

If you haven’t already, go to Settings > Integrations in Warrn. Find Atlassian and click Connect. This is the same connection used by Jira.

Add to a service

Open a service or team in Warrn. Go to the Integrations tab, add Confluence, and select the space to use.

Capabilities

  • Search pages. Find relevant runbooks and documentation during triage.
  • Import pages. Pull Confluence pages into Warrn’s knowledge base.
  • Export pages. Push post-mortems and investigation summaries to Confluence.
  • List spaces. Browse available Confluence spaces.
