Overview

The Jira integration connects Warrn to your Atlassian Jira instance so teams can create follow-up tickets, link existing issues to alerts, and search for related work — all without leaving the incident workflow.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Atlassian in Warrn.
  2. Click Connect Atlassian and authorize with your Atlassian account.
  3. Once connected, Jira functionality becomes available on any alert or incident.
Jira and Confluence share the same Atlassian OAuth connection. Connecting once enables both integrations.

What You Can Do

  • Create Jira issues from an alert with pre-filled context (summary, description, severity).
  • Search Jira for related issues during triage.
  • Link existing issues to alerts for cross-referencing.
  • View linked issues directly from the alert detail page.

Type

Contextual — Warrn reads and creates Jira issues through your authorized Atlassian account.
